What do you charge? Is there a consultation fee?
Initial consultations are always free. When you buy or sell through me, commission is paid at closing and split per standard Ontario real estate practice. I'll walk you through the exact numbers before you sign anything. No hidden fees, no surprise charges, ever.
Do you work with first-time home buyers?
First-time buyers are a huge part of what I do. I'll walk you through mortgage pre-approval, the First-Time Home Buyer Incentive, land transfer tax rebates, and every step of the closing process. No question is too basic — and I'll never rush you into making an offer before you're ready.
How long does it take to sell a home in the GTA?
Current GTA average is 18 to 28 days on market, but properly priced and marketed homes in strong neighbourhoods regularly close in under 10. I'll give you a realistic timeline based on current comparables in your area before we list — not a sales pitch.
Can you help with pre-construction or investment properties?
Yes. I work on pre-construction condos and freehold assignments, rental cash-flow properties, and full renovation flips. Every investment deal gets a full cash-flow model and ROI breakdown before you commit. I also have a vetted contractor network for renovation-to-rent plays.
Do you speak any languages besides English?
Yes — I'm fluent in English, Punjabi, and Hindi. If you or your family are more comfortable having conversations in any of these languages, I can bridge both sides. Just mention it when we connect.
Which neighbourhoods do you cover?
Full GTA coverage: Brampton, Mississauga, Oakville, Milton, Burlington, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Etobicoke, North York, downtown Toronto, and Caledon. If you're looking just outside that radius, let me know — I likely have a trusted colleague who covers it.
What makes your approach different?
Two things. First, my family runs a full-trades contracting business, so I can tell you what a renovation actually costs — not guess. Second, I'd rather lose your business than push you into the wrong property. If a deal doesn't make financial sense, I'll tell you, even if it means walking away from my commission.
